What? I’m not allowed to give MORE than 5 stars?!? Shikma was phenomenal to work with, I give her my strongest recommendation. At one point I asked Shikma to provide me with the historical analysis of the interest rate’s fluctuation over the past 30 days so that I could determine if I should lock in at the current day’s rate or wait a little longer. Without hesitation she compiled the data and we were able to decide that it was best to lock in my rate right away.
